Presentations: Publish & Export

Overview

Copy the public link, open the page, show and download a QR code for the room, republish after edits, or take the page down.

Link & access

Choose a URL-safe slug for the page (e.g. present.opencharts.com/my-deck), require a password to view, and control search engine indexing.

Appearance

Set the page background behind your slides — a solid colour, gradient, uploaded image, MP4, or a YouTube/Vimeo link, with a darkening overlay for readability. Place a logo in any corner, upload a favicon, and show or hide the OpenCharts badge.

SEO & social

Set a custom page title, meta description, and keywords, plus the social preview image used when the link is pasted into a chat or posted on social media.

Mobile

Recreate every slide as a native 9:16 portrait design. Phone viewers get the mobile deck automatically, with a toggle back to the original. Each slide image is redesigned individually, so it uses AI credits and takes a minute or two per slide.

Connect your Google account from Settings → Integrations → Google Drive. Once connected, you can export presentations directly to your Drive.

Exported files are saved as PDF in a designated OpenCharts folder. Export history is tracked so you can see when each version was pushed.

Convert any flowchart project into a slide deck. From the flowchart editor toolbar, click Convert → Presentation.

The converter analyzes your flowchart structure and generates slides that walk through the flow step-by-step: one slide per major node or branch, with the flowchart excerpt as a visual on each slide.

Turn rich-text notes into a presentation. From the notes editor, click Convert → Presentation.

Headings become slide titles, paragraphs become body content, and images are placed as visual elements. The converter preserves the document structure to create a logical slide flow.
